Tenth birthday celebrations are in full swing this week for a leading Sussex PR firm, Natural PR, which specialises in consumer publicity for food, drink and leisure clients as well as community relations for regeneration and construction projects.
“We have come such a long way since we opened for business in April 2008, seeing through a major recession, huge changes in technology and communications channels and growing stronger with a fantastic team of PR experts on board,” said owner and managing director, Paula Seager.
Natural PR has worked with major clients in the region, including through the planning and construction of the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm over the past seven years, the construction and launch of British Airways i360 and working with U+I Plc on Brighton’s Circus Street and Preston Barracks sites.
The team has also worked with a long list of superb local food and drink organisations, including the Southern Co-op, Bookham Harrison cheesemakers, Cocoa Loco chocolate makers, the South of England Agricultural Society and the prestigious Sussex Food & Drink Awards.
“One of the most extraordinary changes we have faced during the past decade is the development of news online and our team has been amazing at keeping up with social online trends – so we manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and blogging for many of our clients now,” continued Paula Seager.
“We find it highly effective when promoting ticket sales for attractions, including the Royal Pavilion Ice Rink, local foodie events on Southdownsfood.org and for reservations at restaurants, including Donatello, Pinocchio and Street Thai in Brighton.”
Looking forward to the next ten years, Paula Seager believes that we will see even more changes with the continuous evolution of online social media being one of the biggest challenges for PR firms and for the wider media industry.
